Created by husband and wife, former NFL player Prince Daniels Jr. and Dr. Leybelis Padilla, MD.
Game Beyond the Game was created at the intersection of two worlds rarely brought together in leadership development: elite performance and holistic health. Together, they founded Game Beyond the Game to create experiences where organizations and leaders can step out of constant pressure and into a more expansive way of leading, performing, and living.
Dr. Leybelis Padilla, MD
Dr. Leybelis Padilla is a board-certified gastroenterologist and entrepreneur who brings a medical and lifestyle-based approach to sustainable performance. Her work focuses on helping high performers protect their health, expand their capacity, and lead with vitality and intention.
Prince Daniels Jr.
Prince Daniels Jr. is a former NFL player whose path led beyond the field and into deep contemplative practice, including time spent in a monastery studying mindfulness, meditation, and mental mastery. His work bridges high-performance discipline with presence, clarity, and inner leadership.
